At Statfold Narrow Gauge Trust we regularly monitor local authorities and central Government guidance and advice regarding the risks of COVID-19, the transmission and preventative recommendations. Our re-opening is in line with the latest UK Government guidance (Spring 2021).
Statfold has regularly updated and approved Covid-19 Risk Assessments in-place.
Here is what we have in place to keep you safe

Queue system floor markings to help guests spread out,

One-way systems in place in high-traffic areas,

Restricted, comfortable numbers in all buildings taking into account social distancing,

Hand Sanitiser Stations placed around the site at key locations,

An increased cleaning regime in-place across the site,

Coaches have been cleaned and surfaces treated with a long-lasting disinfectant surface sanitiser which offers up to 30 days protection,

High touch areas have also been treated with a long-lasting disinfectant surface sanitiser which offers up to 30 days protection,

Everyone must pre-book online so we can measure attendance numbers and to help with track and trace,

Statfold is accredited by Visit England with We’re Good to Go.
What you can do to help us

As per government guidelines, face coverings are now mandatory in all indoor areas, including toilets. Approved facemask exemptions can be found here,

Sanitise your hands upon entering the venue and at regular intervals during your visit,

Use contactless forms of payment where possible,

Observe social distancing during your visit,

We ask guests to respect the current Government guidance at Statfold and continue to adhere to the rule of six/two family rule,

If you or anyone from your household displays any symptoms of Covid-19, please postpone your visit. If you need to rearrange your visit due to local travel restrictions, or Covid-related illness, please contact us.
