A Spectacle of Steam like no other...

At this event, you can see more working steam locomotives in one hour than anywhere else in the UK. Our Statfold Barn Railway and Museum has one of the largest collections of rare, unique and historic locomotives from around the world.

Our unique site is a great day out for steam enthusiasts and families alike.

Our mainline will be running as many locomotives as possible! As normal, Statfold Junction will be swapping locomotives. Plus, for the first time, there will also be locomotive swaps on the high-level railway at Oak Tree Halt!

We will also be opening our NEW extension on the Mease Valley Light Railway which features lakeside running and fierce gradients... meaning it is not to be missed!

Our award-wining tramway will be in operation (subject to weather), with the last remaining Burton and Ashby Tramcar No.14 running throughout the weekend.

Whilst here you can experience full lineside access within 30 minutes walking distance from the main station. Statfold Engineering will have workshops open so you can look inside and see what engineering marvels they are creating! Little ones can enjoy a range of family activities and more.
